Authentic taste and great service. We feel the rating doesn’t do this restaurant justice. We had dinner today. Love the 拆魚羹!!! Plan to visit again for its dim sum!
Pretty good dim sum food with excellent service by a very friendly gentlemen that works here. It's actually a pretty small restaurant but it wasn't packed because we came early. Also there isn't anyone pushing food carts but instead you check mark the item you want to order on the paper menu. That way you get freshly made dim sum hot and fresh to you.
Excellent Chinese food. They have dim sum that's excellent. Highly recommended restaurant. Service can be a miss when they get busy. Private parking lot and on street parking available.
Have you ever been to a restaurant and your first bite of the food reminds you of your happy childhood? Embassy Kitchen’s food invoked pleasant memories of my early years. Yummy food with local canton specialty is what this restaurant offers.
Their dim sums are very unique with every dish done well. Their flavor adheres to authentic local Cantonese cooking. Like the turnip cake, the chunky turnips elevates the flavor of this dim sum to reflect the original taste from Canton. This is how I remember the taste of this dish when I was a child.
I particularly enjoyed the pan fried flat rice noodle with Chinese sausage and broccoli. Not too many restaurants cook this dish with these ingredients nowadays. But I prefer to have the sweet onion instead of the Chinese broccoli with this dish.
The prices are still reasonable. At around $4 a dish, it’s less than most dim sum places in the SGV. In addition to dim sum, Embassy Kitchen offers lunch special dishes with rice starting at $10.99 during lunch time. Dim sum starts at 8 am in the morning. So for people who want to have dim sum for breakfast to start the day, this is your place.
Service is excellent here. Even though they only have about 3 waiters, they are very attentive and visit each table very frequently.
There is a big parking lot that shares the parking spots with Tasty Choice restaurant next door.
Our family really enjoyed our dinner, will come back soon
