Ho Kee Cart Noodle

Quick and tasty. No frills but very clean and convenient. Food is very nicely prepared and delicious. Good quality meats and seafood.

The rating is based on 2 dishes:. 雲吞牛肚麵，車仔麵

1. 雲吞牛肚麵: pleasant surprise. The wonton uses 大地魚粉 to marinate, 大地魚and 麻油are what make Winton tasty. That's the HK style wonton. However, because the proportion of meat is much less than shrimp (which many people like), not enough 大地魚and麻油flavor. I recommend them to put in more meat and little bit less shrimp then the flavor will be more robust.

The noodle is really good. I didn't try to let it sit, most wonton noodle get soggy after soak in the soup for a while. I finished the noodle in 3 mins to enjoy the crispy/彈牙 texture.

車仔麵: 牛柏葉too much Ginger if you don't like ginger, the rest are ok

The rice is fine, I'll try noodles next time

Cantonese restaurant that serve side cart noodle. Food is pretty good but I personally think price is petty high for their food.

Roast duck is great. Nice crispy skin with the right color. Meat can be more tender.
Cart noodle. Noodle has good consistency and chewiness. Fish ball, beef stew and pork blood is mediocre.
