Out of French Fries today! WTH! Who messed that up? Maybe you should try posting a sign at the entrance to the drive through so I'm not stuck waiting in the long lunch lines, just to find that out at the menu where you order, and then it's too late, your still going to be stuck waiting to get out of the line.

We used the new digital kiosk and it was awesome, super easy to use and the staff was friendly too

Once again, the cooks couldn't seem to follow the correctly taken order. It happens a lot. I'm not in the kitchen so I don't know what is the disconnect. My son had an incorrectly made order for the family and even standing and speaking to the manager and watching the manager relay the correct order to the kitchen, it took three attempts to finally get it right. The managers are great at apologising offering to make it right, but I would like to have my food correctly made the first time.
