    Always a win!!! It was clean, the employees always courteous. The food is good, fresh, and beyond the pale for "fast food"...
    Good handicapped accessible parking, entrance ways. I'm handicapped, so that's one of the reasons I do reviews. Are there meaningful handicapped amenities? How are we treated?
    How is the service? El Pollo Loco is
    pretty much a good bet...

    Good food and service! They fill up the salsa bar. Which is good in an El Pollo Loco.

    I love Pollo Loco but they get your order wrong at times and some of the employees are really good the manager never smiles she always seems mad I haven’t gone to Pollo Loco for a while but I came back to this one and this one employee named Nate changed it all he always has a smile on his face and when I enter I feel happy vibes he’s a great employee and has great customer service even in bad situations he still smiles and helps out and he has a great attitude in the past I’ve had bad customer service but for real Nate changed it all thank you Nate:) also all the other employees should smile more and have a great attitude too
