El Pollo Loco

Into this location several times over the year since they've been open. Today was the dirtiest I've ever found it. the food itself is clean tasty as always chicken. However today I decided to try the shredded beef birria taco with consomme for the almost $10 spent without a drink I will not do it again Pollo loco clearly needs to stick to the chicken. The presentation is horrific it is greasy and it is not as the pictures look with sufficient meat. Honestly instead of fried tacos it should be decent yellow tortillas stuff with me with consummate that is less greasy and then you have a $10 plus taco they probably doesn't match up to the mom and pop and food trucks however would be a decent stride tours offering a truly Street taco taste to their menu even the chicken tacos street tacos are better way better than these

Love the food here... The location is new, and the staff is still learning but we've had things missing or problems with the last few visits. I hope I can revise this to a higher score soon... Our we will stop going to this location... Trying to be patient. Update Feb 2022 - seems to be slowly improving... But still missing some items from our order. Yesterday it was forks... Kinda hard to eat with out utensils!

I went through the drive in last night between 4:20pm and 4:45 pm. I do see what people are complaining about in terms of how long the line takes. I only had 2 cats in front of me and it took a long while. Not sure why. But the young guy that helped me at the window seemed to be nice. I have to be fair. Poyo Loco is my favorite place to go to - so I am very critical of it. I go to them allot in whatever town I’m in. So yes they do need to improve the service. Also watch out for cold food it’s a big turn off.
