Starbucks

The line in the drive-thru was full and six cars deep out into the parking lot. We ordered using the mobile app instead and our drinks were ready 7 minutes before they said they would be! I love this Starbucks!

I come to this Starbucks multiple times a day. That’s how much I love it! Not just Starbucks but the baristas of this particular location are amazing and deserve a major raise for providing the service that they do. From Natalie, Andy and lex in the mornings and the girls at night Cassie, Breezy, And Delanie usually are delivering the smile and great conversations to pair with my Carmel mac day & night. I came in during the happy hour today and was shocked with how understaffed it was. We waited in line for about 15 minutes or so at which time the person ahead of me was basically hanging out of their car at the ledge basically face to face with the guy at the window( I normally don’t see him) with no mask on!!! When I got to the window I asked if they forgot their mask as a joke and the barista said that they aren’t allowed to ask customers to wear facial coverings. I just think as a company that is absolutely ridiculous the risk you are willing to gamble with your hard working employees. And it gives me pause as a customer that this is the protocol that you all are taking as a company during a pandemic.

Always a pleasure coming here. Everyone is always so friendly I love it. Makes me keep coming back.
