Starbucks

OK! When i say i never review places, I mean it. I had to review today, because when i went through the drive-thru today a gentlemen by the name of jerimiah assisted me and my family. He was SUPER NICE! He kept asking us if we needed anything, such as napkins a bag to carry our food and asked what were our plans for the day. NO ONE and I mean literally NO ONE takes the time to actually talk and make the experience personal. I enjoy talking to people when they're really friendly. That is so rare to find. The drinks were also made with care. I feel a perfect drink is made when the customer service has a great person making it. Jerimiah (i hope im spelling his name properly) exceeded all my expectations AND my family and i had a better day because of his friendly customer service! 100/10 experience with this lovely young man! I hope starbucks continues to hire people like him, because he is a huge asset to this company! Thank you for making our starbucks trip special Jerimiah we appreciate you so much.

Having a craving for a ice coffee that I can’t have due very severe food allergies. I have to find something I can ingest without a reaction. Which makes it hard to order. A very sweet girl named Valerie made my day. She was able to find the right fit on a drink. Black tea, oat milk, vanilla with very little ice. Give this girl a raise and round of applause!!!

Great service and staff as usually. Always a smile and greetings. Cleanliness. Shelves are usually stocked with their goods. Has drive thru too. Music selection is relaxing upbeat, feels like your ready to go for the day. Overall Great! Starbucks ?
