They specialize in sliders. They're pretty good, and it's nice to be able to get a selection instead of just one bigger burger. They're on the big side for sliders, though, so don't assume you can have a dozen.

Employees were extremely positive and created a welcome environment. Sliders hit the spot and I wished I had ordered myself 3 instead of 2. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items.

Extremely friendly staff and their menu is simple and very yummy.
The only thing I'll caution is that this is not "Fast Food". Fries are baked 👍 Sliders are very yummy just make sure you eat them HOT.

Just had a great experience at Bitez in Sierra Madre! The food was great, and the service outstanding. Vikki took the order for my wife and me. We are both vegetarians. We ordered a few Impossible sliders, and I ordered a couple mushroom sliders, mistakenly thinking they were a mushroom patty in lieu of meat. As we were sitting outside, enjoying the SM downtown sights and sounds, Vikki comes out to ask if I had ordered the right thing. She somehow picked up that we didn't eat meat, and she wanted to make sure that we were happy. I was so relieved she did. That's going above and beyond. That's great service. And that's why we will continue to support Bitez. We highly recommend it!

P.S. The fries are also really good! We haven't ordered a milkshake yet, but I bet they're delicious.

Folks were nice, service was fast. Ordered the flight and was told everything is baked even the fries which was interesting. Have to say the fries were surprisingly good. The sliders were good, i realize that "fast" burger places choose to cook the meat to well done but given the size of the patties they were very well done - may just be me i like my burgers medium. i would suggest the double meat option.
