(January 15, 2019, 10:36 pm)I understand it's cold and rainy out but the heater doesn't need to be that high, it felt like an over in there. Also, Immature high school kids ditch school and are allowed to hang out in the diner without purchasing anything. There are people allowed to sit in the diner and ask other customers for money and food.
