Better than Outback, that's what I can say. My steak was a tiny bit under cooked, but still edible. Staff seemed nice, but the place was a bit busy- reservations are good if you come after 6:30. Plating was nice, tables were clean, bread was warm, bathrooms clean, everything you should expect from a 4-star steakhouse. But for a REAL experience, go to the San Franciscan for the best steak ever.
Decided to celebrate two birthdays here. We were a party of seven. We were seated at a very comfortable table. Delicious bread and butter arrived quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. We had two diners that have dietary restrictions and their orders were delivered as requested. Steaks were cooked perfectly, prime rib was delicious. Each meal included two sides. We got salads (full sized and delicious) mac and cheese, green beans and asparagus. Drinks were refilled quickly.
Wait staff sang Happy Birthday and brought two large cookie pies with ice cream and candles followed be 2 large chocolate chip cookies for each of us to take home.
Our meal turned into a wonderful party!
I went on a Saturday night with a friend. It didn't take long to be seated and we went at around 6pm. The food is pretty good, I have no complaints with it. The atmosphere was kind of plain, simple, perhaps a little intimate. Service was just a little slow. It looks like it's rather small on the outside but is quite a big bigger on the inside.
The food was good. We could smell the steak from outside. I ordered 12oz Ribeye with shrimp combo with salad and green beans. My wife ordered Jumbo shrimp and mac and cheese. The bread was warm and good. The wine was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. We waited quite some time before we were seated so call ahead for a table. Overall we enjoyed our selves. The staff was very nice and well. We will visit again.
