Pizza Hut

I had ordered online. After the order had been placed, I was sent an online order tracker. Thirty minutes had passed and the order tracker didn't seem to be working so I called the restaurant. I was told the pizza was ready, but they only had one delivery driver who was currently on a run. They were unable to give an eta. I told them I would pick up the pizza myself. When I got to the restaurant, the employee working behind the counter was very apologetic and gave me a 20% discount.

The pizza was very good. I'll definitely order from them again.

Great new customer service representative named Will.. Note to the cook your quality of food could be a little better! Wait time was longer then expected. Lights aren't working properly in the parking location a little scary for night time customers... If not for CSR Will I would have left a horrible review. I will give the cook a second chance we all have bad days!
