Little taste of Hawaii in LA. Two shops located in the city both full of fun people and great food.

Medium size local Hawaiian restaurant with multiple locations. The food is pretty good with portions that are are nothing short of huge for the money. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Their hours are limited on Sundays though as of right now really only open for breakfast and lunch Sundays closed Mondays, open for dinner until 8 pm weekdays. Worth a try if you like Hawaiian food and are in the area. Bring cash because they charge if you use a credit card regardless of the transaction size at 3.99%.

This place has the best poke and poke salads in LA. You can get it raw or seared. We also had the bread pudding... nothing but amazing things to say about that. I took pictures of the sweet stuff only because I inhaled the poke before I thought about a review. :P The owners and staff are wonderful and friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommend you pit stop here next time you’re in Torrance. That’s a pic of Bruce, the owner, holding some out of this world ice cream cake that I’ve had before, just didn’t indulge this time.
