Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee

Great service. It's a bit pricey but definitely some of the best donuts I've ever had. I liked the Huckleberry donut more than the old fashioned (a bit too much nutmeg flavor for my taste), but my friend liked the old fashioned more. I wasn't planning on getting any drinks, but my friend said he'd try the Vietnamese coffee since others said it was good. It was also pricey but worth it. Glad we decided to splurge today. Definitely want to return, Lord willing.

I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, the churro donut and the celebration cake donut. It was late in the afternoon but they were still making donuts fresh. My donuts were delicious and I could tell they were made recently and not leftover from this morning.

Also they provide a hero’s discount for police and firefighters.

I am not typically a fan of donuts at all. I think the vast majority are overly sweet, greasy, and somehow still dry in the middle. These, however, are easily the best I’ve ever had: fresh and flavorful. The coffee is a great accompaniment too if you’re feeling a bit frisky.

The staff is high energy and pleasant. The donuts are super tasty. My favorite is maple-bacon. I've tried many of their flavors and never been disappointed but I just can't bypass the maple bacon. It ticks every box - maple, bacon + perfect cake donut.

Absolutely amazing donuts and they make them almost to order so they are very very very fresh. The flavors and specials change monthly, and if you go early you can score one of their amazing savory eggs benedict donuts. Fridays they have an apple fritter that might be one of the best I've ever had.

I can confidently say Sidecar has some of the best donuts in LA and there is some fierce competition. Definitely top 3. The coffee is good too and so is the service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
