Colima Burgers

We just moved our office down the street from Colima Burger. I drive past it every day coming to work now and have been intrigued, today I finally tried it. So I was in the mood for some chili cheese fries and was super excited that there is an Original Tommy's just a couple miles away. Before I headed off to Tommy's I read some reviews for Colima Burger and saw that the chili cheese fries were something of a specialty of theirs. Being just a couple blocks away I decided to try them instead today. This was a good decision, a very very good decision. The chili is more of a chili sauce than a traditional chili, if you've has Tommy's chili you'll understand, it's smooth rather than chunky. Did I mention it's amazing? Like next level amazing. The fries managed to stay crispy for a commendable amount of time while being assaulted by that wonderful chili sauce and giant mound of cheese. The chili dog was the star of this show for me however. The bun was fresh and perfectly soft yet slightly toasted so as to not fall apart from all the chili and cheese. The hot dog was split and grilled to perfection. This place is legit. The prices are decent too, I got the hot dog combo which comes with fries and a drink, with the dog and fries upgraded to chili cheese all for $10.

This has been a favorite since high school. So glad they haven't changed. Its one of those places that when you go back to visit you have to make a stop at. Thank you for staying the same.

One of the best fries I have every tasted. An original place that is still around. There are plenty of seating and food service time is moderately fast. Would recommend this place for those looking for a quick bite.

The burgers are solid but the chili cheese fries are the best! The owner's son said the chili is homemade and I believe him. Great flavor and consistency. It's a great late night snack or comfort food on a cold day.

Generally. the portions are generous and free refills. You won't leave hungry. The parking is in the back and there are plenty of spaces so parking should not be an issue. It's also nice to support local businesses owned by good people. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Have been coming here since it opened. Moved away, but a must visit when in town. Many owner changes? But still the same Great Food. A Must try is the Chili Cheese Fries. I get grilled onions with them. Give them a try.
