    It's good when a warm greeting of hello is made as I enter . The customer service was great. And the 5 dollar meals are a bargain.

    I use to pay $5.47 for their three piece legs and thigh, small mashed potatoes with gravy, Cole slaw and biscuit with butter and honey packets and a spork. This was in 2015.

    Now the price has gone up to $9.99 plus tax for the same items mentioned above. Except no butter and honey packets and spork. Employee told me it's because of the minimum wage hike. I will cut back going to KFC. But once it reaches $12.00 for same same meal. I will stop. It won't be worth the price. These minimum wage hikes are going to put these places out of business. Too bad.

    Love their chicken better than Popeyes Popeyes charges are to high and the chicken is not that good at covina.

    Hadn't been there in years. The food was still tasty, the service was good and the prices reasonable.
