    Love getting soup here. Always great tasting and food is hot. The service is great staff is very friendly.

    At lunch time there is always a line. But when you get to the register and you have such an amazing person to take your order like I did her name was trini makes the long wait worth it. ????

    I really enjoy that there are kiosk to order and the ease of rapid pickup. I enjoy all the bagels here and even if they are with the butter. The service is on time and wonderful. The tables are clean and the restrooms as well. Great place to dine.

    I went to the West Covina Panera Bread last night to pick up dinner for my family. In my opinion, Panera Bread is way overpriced for what it is, but this is only a review this particular location.

    The food was ordered online so I just went and picked it up. After getting back home with the food, I realized the half Steak and Arugula sandwich was not in the bag. I had to go all the way back to get it. They ended up giving me a full sandwich and two pastries for free, which I believe are pretty good compensation for my troubles. All in all, a pretty good experience with the West Covina Panera Bread. I would recommend this location.
