Hook Burger

Great place for burgers and other menu items. Very creative burger selections. Their shakes are works of art. Service is fantastic, way beyond the norm.

This was my first time here. I read some reviews & decided to try it. I was greeted by 2 employees as soon as I walked in! The second greeter was a very nice young lady! I could tell she enjoyed her job. She had lots of enthusiasm as she told me about the menu & how the process works. I loved the variety of soft drinks! The clear sodas are really good! We filled our drink cups & sat at table. After about 5 minutes our food was delivered to our table. We ordered the trio, it consists of onion rings, french fries & sweet potato fries. They were okay. I like my food hot. Not scalding, just hot. All 3 items were not hot. They were barely warm. I ordered the burger which was okay. Again was not hot. Had good flavor. My friend had the chicken sandwhich. He was not impressed. His food was not hot either. I thought it was good enough that I'll try it again.

Hook Burger in Westlake Vlg, near Costco, is always a great choice for comfort food. The staff is always happy and courteous, their burgers one of the best around, and there's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. You won't feel rushed, order at the counter, and meals are brought to your table. I prefer it over in&out; perhaps not as inexpensive but there's more variety in burgers and sandwiches to choose from.

Some of the best service and food I have had in awhile. Very happy with everything. Strongly recommend the turkey burger. It was excellent.

This upscale hamburger restaurant is the best! Not only do they offer excellent salads, but their hamburgers and fries are tops. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
