El Pollo Loco

I LIKE going to eliminate Apollo loco on garments it's local I LIKE the salads they have their food is healthy and service is efficient and the drive thru line moves fast. Overall I'm pleased I give Alita of credit to their employees cause I see they are always very busy and the times I have visited I never had any complaints or anything bad to say but to compliment them on their service and team work to please us the consumers.Thank you Pollo loco.God bless you all.

Consistent chicken flavor thought the years. Prices have gone up for sure. I think the $20 meal is a nice deal though.

They always provide ample salsa, even if I don't ask for it. Their tortillas are consistently dry. Their mac and cheese is actually good ????

I do go back here often, only when they have their family meal deals. Good eating.

Not crazy authentic. But their chicken is fresh. Family meals are good. Rice is okay. Beans are good. Can't go wrong with a BRC, Pollo Bowl, or the original chicken burrito. Customer service is better than it's ever been.

Took almost 30 minutes to get a chicken only order. Owner needs to do a better job of staffing during rush time. But staff was nice and knowledgeable. Place, including restrooms, was clean. Food was good.
