(June 15, 2019, 7:56 pm)Wow, the food here is amazing. I'm so mad at myself that I've been living here this long and waited so long to try this place. The tri tip is not quite as tender as other local bbq place but the flavor is just on point. The marinade that they use for the meat gives it the perfect sweetness and just the right amount of tang. I had the tri tip salad and as someone who loves BBQ the sandwiches and salads here are worth every penny and more at $10. The salad was so big I couldn't finish it and didnt have room to try the cobbler or green beans. The marinated onions and tomatoes in the salad were amazing.
