This place is fantastic. Unfortunately we had a not so fantastic time recently, our waiter could have been better. I still recommend trying this place

A bit pricey but worth it. Started off with fondue appetizers and then we were able to choose whatever meats plus dipping sauces/ broths that we preferred for our meats. Had a great birthday here and they were very accommodating. They offer a gift certificate after dining there for you birthday even though I never received mine.

I absolutely love this place. The food here is great, just remember it is fondue you will be cooking your meat yourself, but thats one of the fun things about this place. They bring everything out to the table and you have little pokers you put your meat on and cook it in the pot on your table. The dessert is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. Good service and friendly staff makes the melting pot my most favorite place to go eat. Just make sure you have some time it does take a little while, and go with a big appetite.

I love fondue, and the melting pot has great recipes. I love the building this Melting Pot is in, it has an amazing atmosphere! The food was good, we got cheese and chocolate. I'm pregnant and they were luckily able to swap any alcohol with vegetable broth.
The only things that slightly turned me off were, when we went in without reservations, shortly after they opened and asked for a table for 2, and the place was empty, and the hostess said hmmm let me see if we can get you a table. There literally was no one there! Luckily we were seated. The other problem I had was the serving ratios, for the cheese fondue, we ran out of dippers and had a lot of cheese left, they brought out more with no problem. However, we ran into the same situation with the chocolate, but were not able to get any more dippers without having to pay for them! We had SO much chocolate left and had already drenched the dippers we did get with chocolate, so its not like we were using it sparingly. You can't let precious chocolate go to waste! I ended up spooning it out and eating it, but wish we could have received enough dippers for the amount of chocolate.

Awesome atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, and great food! Know that you have to cook your own entree in the broth yet one most likely would and should come for the experience. I've never been let down here and the desert is to doe for!
