    Our family favorite "hole-in-the-wall" Chinese food for eating in or take out in Novato. Been enjoying their food for over 15 years and the food is as good as the first time. Good, friendly service.

    This is fantastic, healthy, and delicious Mandarin food. The chef is also the owner, they live in the neighborhood, and regulars seem to drop in regularly. Tonight was my fourth visit. Husband and wife seem to pour their whole life into the place, and it shows. The vegetables are crisp, fresh tasting, the beef is juicy, the chicken tender. Even the soy sauce is a little better, the fortune cookies are crisp and fresh. If I lived closer to Novato, I'd go often. Now when I stop to see the puppies at Marin Humane, I stop by Dragon Cafe for lunch or dinner.

    Huge lunch plates for cheap. Cooked fresh. We ordered beef chow fun, kung pao chicken, shrimp with asparagus and snow peas and black bean chicken. The shrimp and beef were the best :-) plates came with noodle and rice. Excellent food!
