BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Service was fast and efficient on a Saturday lunch, even at the bar where I sat. Bartender was corteous and took care of my needs well. He also gave me a cheaper bill thanks to me earning quite a lot of rewards with the restaurant.

Service was fair at best. Had soup and salad plates on table through dinner. Then sat with all empty dirty plates until another employee cleared them. Food was high priced for what you got. We had prime rib, it was fair, for $ 27. Return back?? Not anytime soon. Employees were great and chatting amongst themselves ignoring patrons. Didn't seem that anyone was in charge

I love this place. However, I was surprised by how small my lunch steak was, say compared to Applebees. I have never had a complaint about portion sizes before.

Another thing I don't like is I have to wait for the server to take my payment. Staff is busy and can't always get to our table for the payment as fast as I would like.

Great sandwiches and ribs. Not tried burgers or pizza yet. BEST fries I've had in many years-served hot with a crisp outside and soft interior. Onion strings are awesome too.
