So good!!! Delicious noodle soup w/amazing broth, fresh spinach, melt in your mouth pork. Excellent quality comfort food.

Fantastic flavors and textures. And very cool video playing of the processes they use to make everything.

Absolutely flawless. Generous in flavor, quality, umami, and quality. Perfectly cooked from the temperature of the noodles, to the signed off the marinated eggs. And do not forget to add the inoki chips as an appetizer. You will come back for more.

Best ramen I've had in Marin, but also the most expensive, by far.
Be prepared, ALL topping extras have a charge of at least $1 ($1.50 for green onions or cilantro ). There was also a $9 "service fee" added to my bill at check-out.
I'll DEF be back, but it's more monthly, rather than weekly.

So lucky to have gotten to eat here! Opening night was fantastic, great job to the staff who made it so smooth! Food was delicious, I'm sorry I wasn't able to snag a picture before we dug in. Everything we ate was fantastic. Can't wait to come back! We definitely left full.
Get a second soft boiled egg, totally worth it!
