Gilligans Poke Shop

Picked up some tuna last week and brought it home with tortilla chips for some ceviche. Excellent fish. The owner is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Check it out!

Best poke in Marin! It is relatively new (they have been open since Halloween), but the guy who makes it is from Hawaii. This poke is the closest you can get to Hawaiian poke on the mainland. The limu is so good, he said it is fresh from Monterey and he can’t even get limu that fresh back Hawaii. Taking a bite of it, you immediately can tell. Gotta poke bowl with half limu and half spicy poke with furikake and white rice. Finished the limu part first it was so good. The spicy poke is perfect, has the right amount of kick so the flavor is just right. Highly recommend, we are already planning on going back to get more next weekend.

wow, what amazing poke! zane's business in the back of Sausalito Market is just three weeks old but his current offerings are top notch. please support him so that he can thrive and expand the selections at his great little poke counter. the poke was exceptional. and zane is a great host and is a local in the neighborhood. run, don't walk and go check it out!! he currently has a few selections of poke served over delicious rice. simple and exceptional and very reasonably priced.
