This place is BOMB.COM. Finally there is good, quick food in Tiburon.
I typically go here on... Fry-day and order the México City sandwich (which is basically like a delicious torta).
Staff is great and location is easy to get to. Next time I'll try the wine on tap!

Very good! The fries were solid - nothing crazy but still enjoyable. I loved my Mexico City sand which was great. Loved everything in it. I’ve had better chicken before but I would definitely order from here again.

The vegetarian option for the protein on the sandwiches and salads is delicious. The salads are those good salads packed with flavorful ingredients with a dressing that brings it all together without over powering the salad. The sandwiches are large but in that good way. All ingredients were fresh and real. The fries were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sauce that comes with them is a tad above mild but not all the way to medium and it’s perfect w the fries. Happy there is a good sandwich and salad spot in Tiburon now that offers yummy fresh options.

We stopped by the Tiburon Flybird because we had enjoyed the Flybird off of Union Square. It’s easy to get to off of Hwy 101. We shared a Classic Sandwich, Fries, and a Hollywood Salad. Our friend had a Classic with sweet potato instead of chicken. We had sparkling water and soda to drink. I noticed a few people ordered draft beers to drink while they waited for their to go orders. The sandwich was wonderful, the chicken was moist and tender with a crispy coating and the pickles were great. I really liked the salad. After half a sandwich, the salad was too big to finish, so we took it home. The sauce with the fries was a big hit with all of us. We will definitely return.
