Offspring Wood Fire Pizza

Nice place, lovely garden, friendly people. Pizza’s however look like they are stretched the wrong way and/or the dough is prepared the wrong way. The dough does not contain enough air and the outer crust is also flattened too much. Aside from this the dough is also bread like thick and heavy on the stomach. Also too much tomato sauce and quite salty. Bottom of the pizza tends to crack like a baguette instead of nicely fold. Needs some tuning, though we are europeans and probably snobs.

Excellent wood fired pizza. They give you your own pizza scissors to cut your pizza so you can get whatever size slice you want! They didn't have beer while we were there, but they should have their full beer and wine license in about a month of this writing. Great spot, can't wait to come back!

Solid pizza and ceaser salad, but nothing special. I’d recommend the salad but maybe try a different pizza than the smoky tomato as I felt it was lacking a bit in flavor. The inside is nice!

Excellent salads and pizzas. One of the best crust I’ve had. Service is friendly and excellent. Will definitely go back.

Definitely stop in! Had the Caesar with anchovies and the Smoked Mozzarella with Olives. Enough for 2, fresh ingredients and light and crispy crust.
