Silver's at The Wharf

I would totally give my meal a 10 or 5 star rating. The only negative thing is that they didn’t clean all the crumbs up off the floor from what was left by the previous diners which was obviously little children. I had the wild salmon, with a caper sauce fresh asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Wine from Sonoma was excellent. Desert was a berry cobbler with ice cream to die for. No complaints here.
So good in fact we are going back in 3 days for 2 birthday dinners, Kathy our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Been here 4 years ago and if anything they have improved.

Really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant, which appears to be a longtime favorite with the locals. While waiting briefly for a table, we ordered a bottle of wine from the friendly and efficient bartender. Lucked out getting a table by the window, overlooking the river's entry to the ocean at sundown. At least 3 dozen small clams entirely covered the top of my linguine. My husband loved his shrimp Louis salad. Be sure and order the olallieberry cobbler for dessert, which is served warm with vanilla ice cream - scrumptious! Our waiter was very friendly and provided great service. Come for the food, view and service - not necessarily for the decor, which could use some freshening ;)

Great view of the harbor from just about any table. Lots of menu choices for every palate. I had the fish tacos and was extremely pleased with them! Plenty of fish and toppings. In fact, I decided to use a knife and fork so I didn't have to worry about how to keep my fillings in the yummy corn tortillas. Dessert is also on the menu and many choices make for a delicious ending to your dinning experience. Our server and the other staff made an effort to insure our needs were taken care of.

We had lunch outside on the deck with our dog Cali. They offer a special menu for dogs so Cali got the beef rib (which looked amazing and she LOVED IT). We shared the steamers (TO DIE FOR) and I had the Coastal Salad with blackened rock cod (so fresh and delicious) and my husband had the crab cakes. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks to the lovely staff who made us feel very welcome!

My family and I visited the Mendocino county and we had dinner at this beautiful place yesterday. There was a wait time of thirty minutes but it was okay. The hostess was very hospitable and our waitress was very nice too.
The food was very nice. We tried the pan seared cod, clam chowder and calamari. All of them are very delicious. There was indoor seating as well as patio seating. Patio seating had heaters, so it was very warm too. I loved our dinner here!
