Farm Truck Catering

Today we made it a point to check out this new food truck in the Delhi area after reading the Facebook advertisement. This is not our neck of the woods but once I saw the dropped menu for this place, I knew we had to at least venture out a bit to try it.
Safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed our food.
We ordered the Chimmichurri plate with Tri-Tip. It came with two sides. We chose the macaroni and the clam chowder and they were a great addition to the plate.
Additionally we ordered the Muskogee Mac N Cheese with Tri-Tip and The Okie Sandwich which was a Tri-Tip Sandwich and a side of farm truck fries.
(Clearly we are meat eaters.)
The food was genuinely good. Great flavors, tasted fresh, good portions and that Tri-Tip, though thinly sliced, was not lacking in any way.
Definitely will be coming back to try some other items. Great service and I just appreciated a yummy food truck that was a little different than what I'm used to. Thank you!
Next time I'll take a picture. We couldn't wait to dive in.
