    The food was good, but I asked for Ketchup and Ranch Dressing. I order in the drive thru and I had to go back to get the Ketchup ????.

    It is not a particular practice of this establishment but first of all I should not have to ask for Ketchup when I order a cheeseburger and fries, but then I do and they forget it??? That is just unforgiven, good thing the food was good, it washed down the round trip for the ketchup.

    Good photogenic burger without moving all the meat to one side.

    Food is typical Carl's Jr. food. They still do not have baby changing stations in the bathroom, which means people resort to the dining area.
