What a 180°. Made me delete my last review. Service was so much better. I'm definitely happy I gave this place a second chance. Glad this place is in town. Food was fresher and good overall. Great service. And yes, they offer take-out now!
New Pho restaurant in town! We tried a few different dishes and everything came to our table hot in a timely manner, despite it being a busy afternoon.
We could tell the servers were new (forgot our drinks, forgot our appetizers, waited on others who came in after us, etc), but that's to be expected with a new establishment.
Despite encountering an issue with one of the meals, we will definitely be back due to the professional manner of the manager/owner and the way she resolved the issue.
Our food arrived hot and with a nice presentation. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Noodles Pho U and will be returning when they have their grand opening in 3 weeks.
Food is amazing, I highly recommend the k-pop spicy wings! Price is reasonable, I got the pho brisket which was nice and hot! Great taste, I wish they had a spicier sauce though. My friend got the beef rice bowl and she loved it. We got two pho to go and our family loved it. Service is good with room for improvement, understandable because they are a NEW establishment. Based on the comments a lot of people want to be served like they’re the late queen Elizabeth. Employees were nice, food was served quick, and I enjoyed my time there.
Besides the service was not the greatest. The guys do forget to bring stuff to the table. But thats a management issue. Either train them better or get new people that have work experience. But let's get to the main this the phó. The broth if u are a phò lover well you know the broth its everything. You taste it just by it self and u go from there. It was not so Rich in flavor and even though I added the sauce it still wasn't like "WOW" it's a decent 7 out of 10. So is it worth the $17 or $20 dollars. 👎 NO. But if you don't wana drive that far well it might take the crave away. And to add, the rib was hard. And it didn't had flavor.
Four of us went and 4 of us left full and happy. We all had pho. I had the combo and every bite was delicious. The menu is small for now.....until things settle in...... I think they got a lot more people than expected during this soft opening. I can't wait to go back to try the rice bowl. My sister said she went and had that....and it was amazing. Our waiter was great, even though the place was packed he checked on us often. Wishing the owners much success.
