Gomez's Mexican Restaurant

Overall great experience. Food is delicious and service was friendly. However, I would not call this a traditionally authentic mexican restaurant. Worth the price though.

I always have a dinner at Gomez at least once each time I visit Mammoth. On my most recent visit last week, I ordered my usual two taco combo and they were excellent as usual. I wish however that they would serve them in either a hard taco shell or with a tortilla that was not smothered with the ingredients making it impossible to pick up with one's hands. My only other criticism was that on one of my visits, I had to wait about ten minutes for the hostess to greet us and explaining the seating options. Putting all that aside, the food tasted great and the portions were generous. The margaritas were outstanding as usual. Will be back.

Very nice place, great atmosphere. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated at peak time. Food was delicious and the service was very good.
