I just had one of the best meals of my life! Roberto’s is amazing. The ranchero enchilada with carne asada came with the best Spanish rice I’ve ever had and the refried beans were delicious - and I never eat refried beans. The service is great and there’s plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.

Super yummy Mexican food. I tasted the carnitas plate. It didn’t disappoint. I had already started on the plate when I took the pic. service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Chips and salsa were a great starter.

Ample parking. Give them a shot.

Every time we come to mammoth, we make it a Point to come and eat at Roberto’s. We tried so many of their dishes and they’re all freaking delicious! You can’t go wrong! I always get the albondigas soup! So great on a cold winter day. I definitely recommend this place for your Mexican food cravings! And the margaritas will have you ready for a midday nap! They get the job done! Coming from a Mexican and having had home cooked Mexican meals my whole life… you know this place has to be good!

I highly recommend this place if you're in Mammoth. The food was excellent, very fast service and the portions were very large. Had plenty to take home for leftovers!

This won’t be our only visit. Great service! Portions as mentioned are “how can you make money” sized. My carnitas burrito was massive! And delicious. Most times these two things do not go together but the dishes were pretty darn tasty. Other persons enchiladas were good with a huge side of seasoned rice and refried beans. We had a good laugh about the portions like we were John Candy trying to finish the “ol 96’r”. House salsa has a good kick to it. I had a beer but took a sip of a pineapple’ish based margarita and it was good. Don’t hesitate and bring your appetite. Order a burrito for yourself. Half tonight and half in the AM on the lift!
