    They are very courteous when taking your order and very polite at the drive-thru window and if you need any kind of help whatsoever with your Starbucks reload funds into your Starbucks they were willing to help you out as well as show you how to do it yourself job well done King City Starbucks

    Didn't necessarily get things how they were ordered, but worst part was cashier asked for it BACK ? to try and fix it. Really!!?? COVID-19 so I skipped and only requested a cup w ice on the side. Only because it was a quick stop during a road trip that I didn't enforce them making my stuff again. ??

    Stopped by the Starbucks in king city at one pm on Labor Day and sure they are super busy but they accommodated my request for an espresso in a for here cup. It came in a dirty mug and the presentation left something to be desired.

    I like the new remodeled seating area. The restrooms are impressive, including the all purpose wash basin with multipurpose dryer, soap dispenser, and water. The barristas are helpful and friendly, in spite of some capricious customers. The drive-thru is busy as can be, so pre-order your drink to avoid a long wait. Kudos, King City Starbucks! Keep up the great work!

    This Starbucks is the real deal. Very nice remodel and very festive for Christmas time. The staff is also very nice. Bathrooms are nice with very high tech faucets. You'll understand one you see them.
