Ambrosia Indian Bistro

Ambrosia is a good place for someone looking to get Indian food in Monterey bay. We went there after spending couple of days just having sea food or Italian fare and this turned out to be a welcome change. The ambience of this restaurant is good and highly recommend pairing the food with Indian beer. The food quality I felt was average and didn't feel that authentic when comparing it to some of the restaurants in bay area. But for what it's worth the packaging is reasonable and worth a try for folks craving Indian food while at the bay.

We went twice and the food was delicious both times . They have a great range of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from off their vegan menu!

It's a great place to have Indian food and cuisine. The best part of this place is that you get an huge variety of stuff and that too in a buffet. It tastes really well. Especially the chicken biryani which is my favorite. It also serves some amazing curries and flat breads. And at last the most delicious deserts. So, please do try this place with your family in a weekend it's gonna be awesome.....!!!!!

Service was excellent. The chicken curry we had was good but the meat not so much. The bread was yummy.

I have read the other reviews and must say experienced this place to be very different. The service was great. The food was awesome, tasty and made to good quality, heat, taste, etc all good.

What's even more amazing, is that this is one of the only few Indian places that has a dedicated vegan menu. Awesome vegan food on offer and would recommend for vegans and vegetarians alike....
