I've had many Deep Dish Pizza's, and many in Chicago, and this is one of the best I've ever had.

Bring your snorkeling hear because this pizza is deep. Heirlooms album title Heirloom pizza is freaking fantastic. You could probably feed a small militia with one large pizza. Very relaxing environment both inside and out. Check it out!

My husband and I went here on a Sunday evening. We were lucky to have no wait and were originally seated outside (our request). Once the sun went down it got chilly quick and they happily moved us inside. Our server, Paige, was friendly and accommodating.

The pizza was fantastic! My husband especially loves deep dish pizzas but we have a hard time finding a place that cooks the crust on them well. This was it! The crust was cooked all the way through the middle, just crispy on the outside but not overcooked at all. We ordered a small, half heirloom, half bixby. (So nice that they allow that!) A small was perfectly sized for two hungry people who had just walked from the hotel.

Easily the best pizza place in town! I'm not the biggest fan of deep dish, but there's is darn good. Also, you can get any of their signature pies in either style if you prefer. The make-your-own option also means you can have it however you'd like! Friendly staff and nice ambiance, but they deliver if you just want to eat at home.
