We love this place. Best Happy Hour on the Peninsula
UPDATE: PF Changs reached out to me. Hopefully my next experiences will be better.
----------------------------------
I hate to have to do this, but this place gets a 1 star from me (zero if I could). This review is based on going here for years. At first it was excellent but starting a few years ago it started to go down hill.
The last few times were bad and I simply stopped going. I went back last night and that was the last straw.
I used the online ordering system so everything was perfectly documented.
I ordered in advance and requested a certain time. They obviously prepared the food and let it sit for over thirty minutes. It was all room temperature when I got there.
I ordered extra sauce and got NO sauce.
There were no napkins or utensils in the bag but over ten fortune cookies.
THE WORST PART? The food. As I mentioned, it as all room temperature when I got it. I ordered two entrees and one appetizer. The dumplings were undercooked. The honey chicken was several big lumps of chicken that was all stuck together and uncooked. The rice noodles were flat and completely soggy.
All this for $50! I left a tip too like a fool. This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. I paid a lot for it, and ended up throwing most of it away.
I'm from out of town and my first time trying the food here. I loved it. We ended getting a couple of different items to split. Everything tasted freshly made.
One of the best P.F. Chang's we've been to. They have a great menu. Happy hour 3-6pm. Service was excellent!
PF Chang's is my safe bait when it comes to have nice food without too much of hassle to explore options. This location didn't disappoint at all. Ma Po Tofu, Buddha coconut curry were huge hit in veggie department. The fried Crab rice is must have if you love sea food. The place has lot of space and does not feel crowded at all & service was nice!
