Great find right across from our hotel for breakfast. Huge portions (even the kids meals!) so if you have hungry travelers, they’ll be happy.

We were the first customers so had a prime spot indoors overlooking the water. Seating is available inside or out.

A bit expensive ($53 for a family of four), but food and service was great overall.

The food was good. The crew was charming. To bad this isn't all it takes have a great eating experience. In order to have a good experience you need good food, great service, and a pleasing atmosphere. The restaurant has an ocean view. You could be seated inside or outside of the restaurant. It was chilly day so we choose to sit inside. Our seating area was comfortable. The problem was the service. Their were five of us in the party. We got our food at all different times and on spectrum of temperatures. I ordered a Belgian waffle, side of strawberries, and a side of sauteed spinach. Everyone got their food except me. Then I got my side of spinach. When everyone one else finish their food I was served my waffle and side of berries. It was good but I should have been served 35 minutes earlier. This made my meal not great.

Food was pretty good. It was cold outside with no sun, so some heat lamps or blankets would have been nice. The steak and eggs was a little chewy, but the hollandaise was house-made and very good.

Try the crab cakes benedict. Be prepared to wait 10 or 15 minutes but well worth it. Ask for a seat on the patio for a nice view. Service is fast and friendly and prices are reasonable.

I was meeting friends who wanted a family-friendly spot for lunch. I hadn't been here, but recommended that we try it given the reviews. Unfortunately. this place was not memorable for the food - you can also find better water views - and while the service was very nice and accommodating - it was also very slow. I love the fact that this place is independent and a bit removed from the tourist fray - but I expected much more than what it was given the terrific reviews. It's your average, family-friendly brunch spot. If that's what you seek, then you will get what you expect and likely be delighted - it's not as if the food is bad, it's just not memorable.
