Wednesday trivia is awesome , good portions and a few good food options, I like the gnocchi. But strange vibe at times and staff can be a bit sluggish if its busy

We decided to stop for brunch and what a pleasant surprise! The food was good! Better than many other breakfast restaurants around Monterey/Carmel. I ordered a make your own scramble with ground beef, onions, spinach and avocado. Perfect after a tough run earlier. It was very satisfying. The breakfast potatoes were cooked perfectly, super crispy with good flavor. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. Those were quite good too! Although the gravy could use some herbs to complete the flavor profile. Overall this was a great experience and we will definitely return! Keep it up Bull and Bear!

    A Hidden Gem.

Down to earth bar with upscale food. Pleasantly unexpected. Can't believe I haven't set foot in here before, but I will say this, I plan on becoming a regular customer here.

    Great prices and exceptional service.

p.s. They have $1.00 darts, Karaoke night, trivia night. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

Good selection of drinks, and the happy hour menu was priced well. The B&B burger was good, onions were tasty. The half order of nachos was gigantic. You could probably feed 4 people off of it. The pig wings were a unique item, I got a few and they were tasty, but as far as I could tell there was only one flavor. The whiskey selection was pretty good, of course. I would definitely come back. They do have high chairs if you want to bring your kids for a meal.
