(December 9, 2019, 8:29 pm)Don’t get me wrong, a Starbucks is Starbucks. For some odd reason however it’s is the Prunedale location which has lids that never fit for their iced drinks. Like I thought it was a once or twice thing but it’s now happened again where I spill my f’ing drink on myself because of it. I just simply put it in the cup holder after and the lid popped off. Please get this fixed. They also made a bad sweet cream cold brew which is weird considering they all use the same recipe.

(January 11, 2019, 5:14 pm)Our mobile order took over 10 minutes to come up. I ordered my coffee before my daughter, yet my order came up after hers. Although mobile orders are supposed to be faster than waiting in line, that didn't appear to be the case.
