This used to be Mountain Mike's, but they changed and expanded the menu. My go-to for pizza in Salinas. -

(November 4, 2018, 6:39 am)I am always in search of great pizza. We have some great pizzerias to choose from in Salinas. I have to admit, Ryli's does it for me! The service is fantastic. The delivery is exceptional. The selections are well varied and reasonably priced. Their pizza sandwiches are excellent. The hamburger/cheeseburger is served on a big sandwich roll, lettuce, tomato etc. Giant beef patty is delicious. They take pride in their establishment, you can see how clean it is inside. The noon all you can buffets are so nice, too! Great atmosphere, family run, very comfy, the pizza is always just the way you like it. Mark, the owner, is extremely considerate and conscientious. He provide a pleasant and satisfying eating experience. Take out is top notch, also!
