    I Recommend this place! I love going to this place! Its been almost my whole life of enjoying La Fogatas authentic Mexican food.
    My favorite items are the sopes and burritos!
    I think its been open around 40 yrs now and you can tell when you go inside
    (The owner keeps it real) vintage feel but its nice.
    I feel bad after reading the comments some ppl left about it...
    I know the food is always fresh and yes the bathroom occasionally has no soap but thats because ppl have stole the bottles The owner has caught 2 thief's of soap just while I was in there dining. So please give La Fogata a try, burritos are always good and the sopes plus their Salsa goes good on everything!

    It was great. Service was great, And the food was delicious. Very taste full. Especially coming from a Japanese man who owns the place. And prices where very reasonable, dinner for two was under $30/ tip. I would recommend this Mexican restaurant to anyone who likes Mexican food, especially if they like going to old town salinas.
