    Update: down to 4 stars. Have returned multiple times. Since, food is still great, but the kids who work there definitely need some customer service training.

    First review: 5 star: The employees were young and gossiping, but the place was completely empty and it was clean so I guess I would have been doing the same thing. The sandwich was fresh and amazing. They forgot our soup but quickly served it once we brought it to their attention. I like the Mason jars for in house fountain drinks. Perfect lunch spot. Will return.

    Today I put in an order for an old school Erik's Deli sandwich called Marrakesh Express.
    OMG had to be the BEST one ever!!
    Thanks and kudos to the two gals working the counter (forgot their names) but they RULE!

    Staff is awesome! They are very friendly, helpful and even though we don't go in very often they remember us and always serve us with great food with all our requests. Keep up the great work!! We normally go on Saturdays

    Great customer service! Nice interior. More open and light./airy than the Erik's in SJ or Santa Cruz. The sandwiches are classic Erik's, I. E. Just like every other one... As expected. Nice to have basic, "predictable" food once in a while. Great vegetarian and gluten free sandwich options. They use a separate board for the GF sandwiches and new gloves. Perfect for lunch in the road. My favorite are the Reuben, the pilgrims progress, and the Farmers. Their salad are ok. They'll more than "do" in a pinch.
