The portions are generous, but more importantly, the menu is fresh and clearly highlights high-quality ingredients - you can taste it. There wasn't a dish (or drink) that didn't leave my lips smacking with delight afterward. The staff was super attentive and kind; it was a wonderful experience for us. Great music in a clean and beautiful space, I can't recommend it highly enough. This place is spacious and was a perfect destination for our party of 16, but it also offers seating for intimate gatherings. I left here feeling refreshingly full and happy. The flavors were authentic and elevated, showcasing the diversity of Filipino cuisine from Chef Jade Cunningham. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing excellent recommendations. “Open early, which was a blessing. I arrived at 5:45 and found them open and ready, though I was the only customer inside for a while. Comfortable seating near the back and I set up my laptop on this Sunday morning. A few Yelp reviews later and the Sun is up. Time to explore. Coffee was very good and well prepared. The baristas here were friendly and helpful. In the two hours I was sitting, I did not hear any customers with order problems. That's a good thing.”

“Went there to get air for my nearly flat tire. I got gas too top off then went to the air station. I saw an employee smoking within 30 feet of the gas pumps and another inside. The one inside was nice and let me know the pump may not be working but he will try to turn it on for me. It had no sign so I tried it. Didn’t work went inside told him he said try again and it still didn’t work. He came outside to check on me and apologized he was told it worked. I was upset but he was very nice to check on me and apologize. I’m rating this place 3 stars for no sign on broken stuff and for the employees smoking so close. Tell them to take a walk don’t smoke so close to the pumps especially in towns known to have fires.”

“Friendly staff. Dim lights atmosphere. Menu are quite expensive. We ordered ordered shrimp eggrolls. Came in 3 small flat rolls. It tasted ok but can't really taste the shrimp. We ordered that hotpot with beef for protein. When it came, it had more on veggies than the beef. The 2 types of broth were good enough. Then, lastly, we had that garlic shrimp. That one is good, mild on spiciness, had few soft garlic. Shrimps were not overcooked. Tender and easy to peel. Overall, we were just ok with this restaurant.”

“The French Corner crepes were absolutely amazing partnered with equally amazing service. I went on Tuesday and got the The St. Tropez crepe was my favorite crepe just the perfect amount of cheese and prosciutto. Don’t be intimidated by the Chef’s demeanor. My initial interaction with him felt intimidating, but once you start talking to him his true self emerges as this kind and funny guy. The cashier was just as nice if not even funnier and was very handsome. Go on Tuesdays it’s not as busy.”

“Great new lounge/sports bar spot in the Marriott!! I was looking for a place with the Sunday ticket and South Yard hit the spot. 1. South Yard has a lot of TVs and is open early so you can watch your east coast games! 2. While the restaurant is outside, they have heaters and fire pits throughout the space for chilly weather or evenings. Dress accordingly! 3. Large game area with cornhole, air hockey, and funky play-centric furniture that makes it friendly for kids and adults alike. 4. You order via the QR code on your table and then the staff deliver your drinks, food, etc. They have a condiment table with tons of sauces and toppings for your food. The ordering process can be a little wonky (slow, and they ended up having a bunch of receipts for my table and I had to do multiple transactions when closing out) so be patient. 5. They have bottomless mimosas and you mix your own - so you can get your preferred proportion of wine and juice. They also have a Bloody Mary bar. 6. I have a guilty pleasure for cheap light beers and they had Coors Light for $2 on Sunday. They also offer craft beer on tap/bottle/can and cocktails. 7. I had a delicious Lola Farms sausage sandwich with housemade chips. Very good. I also had pretzel bites - the pretzels were good, but, the sauce was some type of beer cheese dip. It wasn't that great - too tangy! Next time I'll try a burger or breakfast sandwich. They looked really good. 8. The staff are extremely friendly and gracious. I was checked in on by servers regularly (but not in an annoying way) and they all chatted with me and made me (as a solo diner who loves her football) feel very welcome. Marriott management also checked in, which was nice. Pro-tip: Get there early to get the game of your choice and a good table! I will surely be back!”

They have mastered flavorful crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside food in both sweet and savory dishes. Pictured are a French toast fried in crisp rice cereal (one of the best things I've ever eaten) and eggs benedict on an English muffin. Everything tastes like it was tossed straight from the oven/fryer/skillet into your mouth in the best way. Not pictured in this review are their baked goods, which are also some of the best I've ever had. The sour cream citrus roll is my favorite so far.
