As you can see from all the photos, this is the cutest macaron cafe located next to a gorgeous wine tasting gallery. They serve sweet and savory macarons which are beautifully made, subtle in flavor, and just the right accompaniment with coffee. Unlike a lot of places that shall go unnamed, the server was so welcoming and happy to explain and suggest their unique flavors.
We were on our way to dinner but just had to try four of the macaron flavors (including feta, maple bacon). Hubby loved the rose Pistachio or was it lavender latte (sorry I can’t remember!). Don’t forget to check out the mini macaron magnets and jewelry at the front!
Had the Smoked Salmon Crepe and Pistachio Rose Latte. Absolutely fantastic. Dough on the crepe was so good, great salmon, nice cream cheese, pickled onion, capers and sauce drizzle on top. Pistachio Latte was delicious, really nice flavors. Got to sample the Fig & Balsamic custard and will definitely be returning for that. This is a great spot. All the macarons look amazing, great flavors and so colorful. Coming back ASAP.
Having been to Paris, I can tell you Audrey's Macaroons are absolutely incredible. No need to fly to Paris....well you should really, but if you want a taste of Paris take a jaunt to Yountville! Thank you to Amber at the Grouve 45 for introducing me!
Came here after a day of doing things in Napa and it was a nice place to unwind!
Good:
- The lattes were beautiful - I got a latte with rose and it tasted really sweet how I like it
- Quick service, and also has a nice seating area right in front of the restaurant
Bad:
- Pretty expensive comparatively
Overall, it was a great experience to stop by and get some nice coffee.
Good coffee is apparently hard to find in the small town culinary capital of Yountville, but Madeleine’s has very friendly staff, a cute location, and good coffee. After hunting all over town for a decent cappuccino, we finally found one here.
