Humpty Dumpty Kitchen

Family Restaurant. Variety of foods but breakfast is the best. On the weekends there is always a line out the door. Must try if you are in town and want a mom and pop diner.

Good sit down coffee shop. Good food, reasonable prices. We ordered a taco salad and a 1/4 lb. Burger and fries. $21. It was to sit down, relax and enjoy our meal.

Pretty good food on some basic items. Every time I go to an old time place like this I like to try biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with their biscuits and gravy as they were pretty bland and had an off texture. This place has a nice atmosphere and is inviting. Service is also good but not outstanding. This place seems to attract a lot of regulars in the 65+ age range. My biggest gripe is that their prices are way too high for some basic breakfast items. But because of its charm I give it 4 stars.

Always consistent at this country kitchen. Decent kids menu had our 2 year old busy with fruit with mac & cheese. Standard American cuisine cooked to order. Blue Bird specials bring in the sweet older folks so there's always good conversation to be had. Expect a few minutes waiting for a table but usually nothing unreasonable. Can't go wrong with french toast, bacon and eggs. Good quality produce, ingredients and preparation. Polite waitresses and staff. Good place to go for a quick bite, "cheap" in this little town.
