Still my favorite fast food restaurant. The burgers just taste so much better and elsewhere. I can order it how I want it and the order is always right

Two visits since they opened a few weeks ago. Love the exterior and how clean everything is. Ordered a Dave's Double with Frosty both times. Outstanding beef on the burger, very fresh. Fries hot and fresh. However, both times I also ordered a kids hamburger PLAIN for my elderly mother who likes her food PLAIN and even though I was explicit in my order requests the burgers were wrong and no plain either time. I've also noticed the window personnel, while not rude, seem indifferent. There are obvious training issues here which need to be addressed. Otherwise, this is a great addition to the Grass Valley "Burger Basin".

Food has been quick and actually has been the only fast food place so far that hasn’t forgotten anything for our crew lunch orders. Staff so has been kind and generous. I asked for the mix of sauces and they gave me the mixx.

Order came without napkins & utensils, both orders were missing the fries and soda. Burger was blah, chili was blah, salad looks good... was difficult to understand (hear?) staff.
To be fair, they just opened. But, I'm tired of all the excuses, especially since Covid. Has anyone raved about their dining experience recently? Is it getting better?
I've felt that many of the servers feel they're doing me a favour.
I long for the 'ol days... (The 90's worked for me!)
