This is not your typical crunchy-granola eatery so ubiquitous in this area. Decided to try the Miso Bowl and from the very first bite all the way through I was not disappointed. Definitely a go-back for me--I need to eat my way through their entire menu. Unique dishes, laid-back atmosphere, decent prices. Clearly a popular place as the line was long, but the efficient (and very friendly) staff kept us moving and served me quickly. My new when-in-Nevada-City-must-eat-here place!

Gluten free bread is phenomenal. That's why I go there. For a salad place, I wish they had a couple more vegan friendly non-vegetable things. Olives, cashew cheese, Seitan, etc... just a couple additions would make this even more fantastic.

Absolute favorite place for casual dining. Healthy, diverse vegan options as well. The drinks are divine as well. Helpful staff, and comfy place to eat alone at the community table or with friends.
