I had 2 waffles so far, the chocolate mousse and the BBQ mushrooms, buth were very yummi! Service is awesome, the price is very decent, and everything is vegan which is always wonderful. A greate bite when you're out and about.

Delicious waffles with perfect hours. We went Friday night for dessert and both the savory and sweet waffles are amazing!! Great location, kind owner and yummy waffles!!

What a gem tucked into this cute little alleyway and open late! The owner is so kind and down to earth. We split the PB & J and it was divine. Will be back next week because wow I need to try all the waffles on that menu! Definitely check out Bathsheva's treats!

I had never heard of a bubble waffle, and the waffles alone really tasty. But then with the super clean, healthy, and really yummy fillings, I am thoroughly hooked.

I had another cherry dream today and I’m already craving my next. I could eat three a day they are so good. So far I’ve only made it to two.

The owner and her adorable daughter have warmly welcomed me into a fun friendship and they are such sweet people .

I am happy we have a delicious new option for a quick food pick up here in downtown Nevada City.

I've never seen a bubble waffle but this little to go shop in Nevada City, CA is amazing!!! We had the mushroom one. I called it a “walking” waffle cuz its to go. My gosh its just like pulled pork! We love that no animal products!!! Yes! Vegan is not for everyone but you are seriously missing out! Gluten free!!! It's the taste! I swear you would not be able to tell the difference. For the perfect healthy lunch try these! The location is fantastic right downtown. Thank you Bathsheva for a fantastic lunch! We will be back for sure!
