Burger Me

Gluten free bun is decent, but a little spongy. Excellent ingredients used for the burgers, really tasty with relatively quick service. Area is nice but gets really congested at times, making parking a bit of a headache. Definitely give it a shot if you're in Truckee and hungry!

I ate the Train Wreck. It is appropriately named. It is a train wreck of food you'll try to handle into your face hole. It tastes great but grab a couple more napkins than normal. The bathroom is close by so don't get too nervous.

Two words: Bison Burger. It's totally amazing and my favorite thing on the menu so you can't go wrong. Everything at Burger Me is fresh and they use good ingredients; No questionable meat here. They also have the most reasonably priced kids meal in town. They also offer draft and bottled beer, as well as milkshakes. In the spring and summer they have a large patio with lots of sun. Parking is for a fee before 6p daily but much easier than the rest of downtown Truckee.

Best burgers ever! I got their elk burger, and shared on some garlic fries and onion rings. All were fantastic. The sauces were fresh and tasted great. The ranch was perfect. The chipotle sauce had just enough kick that does build up but was never close to overwhelming. Onion rings were tasty and not only. The onions were fresh and cooked perfectly.

I got the dirty chicken sandwich-- it was amazing. They also have more exotic menu items like elk burgers and buffalo that I would love to try. It was busy and I understand why-- so good-- but the staff were graceful and friendly. I would definitely come here again.
