    The menu has a variety of options beyond Ramen and has vegan friendly options for ramen as well. Pricing is as expected for Truckee, hits that sweet spot between fast casual and fancy. They have some operational kinks to work out but I trust that everything will be running smoothly within a couple weeks time.

    Run don’t walk to Rakkan Ramen. The food is absolutely delicious at really reasonable prices. Friendly owners and staff. The space is beautifully built and designed. Truckee has a new gem that everyone in the family will enjoy.
